We ship to Canada, United States and the United Kingdom.

We can ship elsewhere but we ask you contact us first so we can give you a shipping quote.

We usually ship by Canada Post but we will use whichever method is the most cost effective for you.

We offer free shipping for orders over $100.

We are proudly Canadian so we sell in Canadian $ (and let’s face it with our exchange rate that’s probably great for you!)

A special note to our USA/UK customers: all prices on the web site are in Canadian dollars. The current exchange rate will be used to calculate the US dollar amount or UK Pound amount that will be shown on your next credit card statement. 

Just state in the order comments that you want your items gift wrapped and what you want to say on the note and we’ll do the rest.

Yes we do – we will have this set up online shortly but in the meantime just send us a message.

Paying by credit card is the easiest and safest way to pay online. We use Square to safely process all our orders.
We will also accept an Interac etransfer from our Canadian clients and our local clients can pay in person with a credit card or cash, with prior arrangement (basically if I know you – perks of being local!)

We want you to be 100% happy with your items so please check sizes carefully before ordering. We do not accept returns or offer refunds but if you have a problem with your order, please contact us so we can try and sort it out for you.
